I haven’t been running for quite some while now. My morning is used sending my dad to the LRT station, since my car is at the workshop. My dad said that the engine jammed. It’s a Kelisa for crying out loud, how didja jammed a Kelisa? Well, I let that be answered by my dad, since he is the one who is using the car.

Not running for quite some time does make you lazy to start. And after quite some time, you don’t feel like you want to run anymore. No motivations, no nothing. I don’t even want to join a marathon, let alone a half marathon. I just don’t have enough money to spend on a good running shoe. Later I will check by at Runnerz Circle for one. Never been to that shop since it opens up early October.

I also haven’t been to Pushmore since early Ramadhan, my hand sprained and swollen like nobody business. Up until now I can’t lift heavy, due to pain to my wrist. It’s also effecting my weight training.Now, to maintain my weight, I am following this program called Eat Stop Eat, an intermittent fasting program. Right now I am looking for another activity to do.
